The price listed is for one pressure plug, either stainless or black oxide.
These plugs are the proper size to fit as flush as possible with any gauge port or macroline port on your marker. I've included a photo to show the length of the plug that comes with a CP on/off, and a couple of photos of the plugs installed to show their final length in the CP on/off body as well as a Torpedo regulator body.
I recommend using blue threadlocker or a thread sealant when installing these plugs since PTFE tape is not easy to wrap around these shorties.
Any items shown in the photos aside from the plugs are not included (CP ASA and Torpedo reg). Although I give my recommendation for an install, I am not responsible for any damage to your marker.
