This listing is for one replacement cup seal. The poppet and ram sleeve pictured are not included; they are shown for reference only.
The cup seal rarely needs replacing, but is a vital component of any Intimidator. In the Classic and Gen 2 (2k2), the cup seal and poppet are two separate components, and were later integrated into a single component in the third generation. These cup seals are a direct replacement for the original, manufactured from the same material and to the same dimensions, but to tighter tolerances.
When installing a new cup seal in a Gen 2 or Classic Intimidator, it is important that the poppet is fully seated. Bob's recommendation was that after installing a new cup seal, the poppet was installed, then the marker body was placed vertically on a piece of soft wood, and a flat punch placed on the top of the poppet, then a light tap with a hammer was used to create an indent of the poppet on the cup seal. This gives the new cup seal a seat into which it will sit.
One cup seal is required for a complete Gen 2 or Classic Intimidator rebuild. Regardless of any recommendations on this page, I am not liable for damage to your marker. If needed, here are several manuals for Bob Long markers:
