Gen 2, Gen 3, Gen 4 Torpedo Regulator Rebuild Kit

This listing is for one rebuild kit that includes the seals for a complete rebuild of a Torpedo regulator.

This kit includes all of the seals in proper durometers to rebuild your stock Torpedo high pressure regulator (HPR) on any generation 2, 3, or 4 Intimidator. Also included is a replacement o-ring for the macroline fitting, which is often overlooked in rebuilds. Take care during your rebuild to plug the correct side of the regulator; if you put the macroline fitting on the wrong side, you'll get tank pressure straight through the regulator. According to the manual, Bob recommended using DOW 55 on all of the o-rings, and did not provide a recommendation for the seat seal. Personally, I like to get the seat and pin of the Schrader valve very clean, and rub just a thin coat of Tri-Flow oil on the seat during the rebuild.
