These screws will mount your Alias frame to any Gen 1/2/3 body.
Note: The black screws are a stainless steel that has a black oxide coating. The black coat is not always perfectly consistent, and I have seen it wear off. In my experience, standard carbon steel with a black oxide coating is more wear-hardy.
These come with the properly sized thin nylon washers just like the Gen 3 markers shipped with when new (white for stainless, black for the stainless steel black oxide).
Many Intimidators are missing these washers, but they provide three important functions.
They give you a tactile response when you're getting close to the end of the thread depth of the body, which prevents you from overtightening and digging into the ram sleeve on the rear screw, or worse, puncturing the body on the front screw.
The nylon compresses a little when you tighten the screw down, providing a little bit of outward force on the screw threads, helping to keep it tight without relying on friction between the screw head and frame.
They protect the frame anodizing from being marred by friction from the screw head.
