This listing is for one u-cup seal intended for use on the front (or rear) of a Gen 2 or Gen 3 Intimidator ram sleeve. The ram sleeve in the photo is for illustration purposes, and to help show the installation direction.

The u-cup is one of the most often substituted seals on a Gen 3 Intimidator. Typically, people will recommend replacing it with a 112 o-ring. And usually, that works.

But if you've rebuilt enough Intimidators, you know that even mild overtightening of the ram sleeve set screw results in a leak from the front ram sleeve seal if the u-cup was replaced with a 112 o-ring. And under tightening of the ram sleeve set screw results in irreparable damage to the sleeve during firing.

Take the guess work out of it, and install the proper u-cup seal on the front of the ram sleeve. It will deform much more than an o-ring, and open up to seal any small gap that has been created due to tightening the ram sleeve set screw.

Using two u-cups instead of two o-rings makes installation a complete breeze. The u-cups will work in the front and rear locations on the ram sleeve, as long as they are pointed forward.

With this u-cup installed, the ram sleeve should be installed from the front of the marker. If you have a small bump in your lower tube due to overtightening of the front frame screw, this may not be possible on your marker. Installing a sleeve with a u-cup from the rear may be possible, but likely not easy.

Please note that these will not work on the Gen 1 "Classic" Intimidator sleeve, and will not work on the aftermarket Trinity ram sleeve, as both use an 015 o-ring instead and are more prone to leaks as a result. These will work on the Empire RF Balanced Ram Sleeve.
